Terms of Service

By using Badelha you confirm that:

1. You are at least 18 years old and legally own the device you offer for sale.
2. The device has not been reported lost or stolen and is free of any financial or legal claim.
3. The information and photos you provide are accurate and complete.
4. The final price is agreed after the field agent inspects the device; Shabak Najd Telecom may decline any device that fails inspection or differs from its description.
5. The sale is finalized and legally binding once you sign the electronic contract and the device is collected.

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
